D.O.T Push in tube fitting swivel male branch tee is T-shaped and has two push-to connect tube connections on the main run and a pre-coated male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connection on the branch at a 90-degree angle from the middle of the tee. This D.O.T air brake push in tube fitting swivel male branch tee can be rotated after installation. When installing, ensure tubing ends are cut squarely and free from burrs; to remove, hold down the top of the insert against the fitting body then pull out the tubing. This D.O.T push to connect fitting meets Department of Transportation (DOT) FMVSS 571.106 technical specifications. These D.O.T push in fittings are intended for use in pneumatic circuits for truck and trailers : air suspension, braking systems, transmissions, locking doors and windows, seat adjustment, instrumentation, air conditioning systems, horn, wiper motors, valves, cylinders and accessories. Accommodate inch tubing O.D ranging from 5/32" to 1/2". Thread sizes range is from 10-32 UNF, 1/8 NPT to 1/2 NPT. External tightening with a flat wrench.
