D.O.T Push in Tube Fittings Female Connector

D.O.T Push in tube fitting female straight connector has a push-to-connect tube connection on one end and female NPT threads on the other end for connecting to male threaded connection in straight line. When installing, ensure tubing ends are cut squarely and free from burrs; to remove, hold down the top of the insert against the fitting body then pull out the tubing. This D.O.T air brake fitting meets Department of Transportation (DOT) FMVSS 571.106 technical specifications. These D.O.T push in fittings are intended for use in pneumatic circuits for truck and trailers : air suspension, braking systems, transmissions, locking doors and windows, seat adjustment, instrumentation, air conditioning systems, horn, wiper motors, valves, cylinders and accessories. Accommodate inch tubing O.D ranging from 5/32" to 1/2". Thread sizes range is from 10-32 UNF, 1/8 NPT to 1/2 NPT. External tightening with a flat wrench or socket wrench.
