One Touch Tube Fittings with O-Ring (BSPP, G Thread) - PC-G Male Straight Connector

BSPP, G thread one touch tubing fitting with o-ring male straight connector is widely used in pneumatic circuit. In line connection of tube to a female threaded port. It has a push-to-connect tube connection on one end and a male BSPP, G thread on the other end for connecting to a female threaded connection. BSPP, G thread one touch tube fitting with o-ring male straight connectors have hexagonal body allowing tightening with wrench, additionally our fittings can be screwed with Allen tool, which is especially convenient where there is limited access to installation place. BSPP, G thread one touch tubing fitting male straight connector has a nickel plated thread with NBR O-ring for sealing; stainless steel tube gripping claw, zinc collar and POM release sleeve (collets) offer a quick hold and release mechanism to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing. The male thread has NBR o-ring for sealing, no additional sealing material is needed, such as PTFE tape.BSPP, BSP, G thread one touch tube fittings can be re-used a number of times thanks to replaceable sealing O-ring. BSPP, BSP, G thread one touch tube fittings are easy to install and release. Simple installation--push the tubing in, and the connection is complete. To release the tubing, press the release sleeve on the fitting, and you can easily pull the tube out. Accommodate metric tube O.D ranging from 4 mm to 16 mm, inch tube O.D ranging from 1/8" to 1/2". Thread sizes range from G, BSP, BSPP 1/8 to G, BSP, BSPP 1/2.
