Pneumatic Tubing - Ester PU Tubing

Ester based polyurethane tubing is made from high quality ester-based resin and has hardness specification of 95A~98A durometer. Ester PU tubing has outstanding characteristics when compared with other pneumatic tubing. Ester based polyurethane tubing is extremely flexible and offers excellent bend capabilities and excellent abrasion resistance, making it ideal for pneumatic control or robotic systems. Ester based polyurethane tubing can be used with push in fittings; compression fittings; quick-fit fittings and push to connect fittings. Our polyurethane plastic tubing is available in ether and ester, ester tubing types give maximum abrasion resistance and good oil, solvent and grease resistance. Ether PU tubing is resistant to hydrolysis, fungus and weathering. Ester PU tubing must be used under the rated working pressure and temperature, if you want to keep this PU tube in a long term service life. As temperature rise, working pressure shall be reduced correspondingly, if go beyond the limiting, the tube can rupture. Accommodate metric tubing O.D ranging from 4 mm to 16 mm, inch tubing O.D ranging from 1/8" to 1/2".
